Emily is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. She completed her Master’s degree in Psychology from Naropa University and is certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Hakomi Mindful Somatic Therapy. These approaches share the view that we are all fundamentally good with the innate capacity to heal. Additionally, Emily serves as faculty with Integrative Psychiatry Institute, training mental health professionals in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Emily believes we are resilient, and that we are so much more than any diagnosis or difficulties we have faced. Using therapy methods that incorporate mind and body, she has seen the change that can happen when we turn inward, learn about ourselves, and tap into our inherent wisdom and self-compassion.
Emily has been described as practical and grounded, yet deeply insightful and compassionate. When not pondering the mysteries of the universe, Emily dabbles in music and art, and loves being around animals.
