As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 21 years of experience Dr. Brodrick has worked within a variety of interdisciplinary environments including academic, inpatient, and outpatient settings connecting with diverse adult populations with acute and chronic mental illnesses. 

Nicole has been involved with the American Psychiatric Nurses Association as active member where she has been nominated to committees and presented at national conferences promoting advocacy for mental health education and PMHNPs. She takes an evidence-based approach to care and has a warm and compassionate approach.
